Exercise Experience:  With 3 years of experience in training and a focus on muscle building, I'm here to help you sculpt the body you've always dreamed of. Together, we'll design a customized workout plan, tackle challenging exercises, and optimize your nutrition for maximum gains.

Fitness Goals: My goal is to maintain and strengthen my hard-earned muscle mass while shredding body fat to achieve a lean physique with body fat under 15%.

 

​​Preferences and Limitations: My top priority as a personal trainer is to assist clients who share my ambition for gaining muscle mass and reaching their desired physique. With my preferred workout window between 11 AM and 5 PM, I am committed to providing dedicated training sessions during these hours.
